For students seeking a more independent life in Dublin, our self-catering student residences located close to city and just 15-20 minutes’ walk from our centres, are a great choice. Reserved for students aged 18+, the residence offers deluxe, high quality, single room with ensuite bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living space.
Booking a student residence must be made in advance.
Location
Our residences are located in a quiet area, 15 – 20 minutes walk from ISI’s two centres. The area has many shops, cafes and restaurants and are just a short walk from the bustling and hip Smithfield village, where there are many cool bars, cafés, restaurants, an art house cinema and a gym.

ISI Residence Support Service
We offer a full support service to all students in residence accommodation. Students should contact reception at ISI’s centres if they experience any issues or problems with their accommodation.
Deposit
On their first day at school, each student must pay a refundable damage deposit. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking but it is between €200 and €300 depending on the room type. The deposit is refunded after check out, once the room has been inspected and there is no damage.
